Bill is the Chair of the Board and serves as Co-Head of the Commercial and Property teams.  His practice centres on commercial, business and relationship property negotiations, transaction and entity structuring, and property and trust law.

Bill brings a strategic commercial lens to his practice, shaped by significant experience in business development roles across the fashion, arts and media sectors.  Bill is recognised for his focus on team performance, efficiency, and delivering clear, commercially grounded outcomes.

Beyond his legal work, Bill is a proud father to three sons and can be found in a boat in the ocean, in his garage restoring vintage motorcycles or behind a drumkit reliving a misspent youth.
